Self-esteem of agriculture students at the University of Ibadan and the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta, Nigeria


 The study investigated self-esteem of agriculture students the University Ibadan and Federal Agriculture Abeokuta in Southwestern, Nigeria. Multi-stage sampling procedure was used to select 117 124 from conventional university agriculture-based respectively. A structured questionnaire data collection analysed with percentages, Chi-square, PPMC independent t-test. (UI) preferred medicine (x̄ = 1.14), had unfavourable perception (87.2%) about low (85.5%) while (FUNAAB) 1.48), favourable (82.7%) high (89.5%). Self-esteem significantly related family structure course UI sex towards is FUNAAB. There were significant differences FUNAAB that 100 level 500 UI. School counsellors should promote careers opportunities make it popular attractive students.
